Alan Stein is a pioneer in sports specific basketball strength and conditioning. He and Greg Brittenham are people I look up to as well as Todd Wright of UT basketball. Alan Stein specializes in youth basketball as a coach at powerhouse Dematha High School. This focus on youth is very interesting. He created the following video that can be done in a driveway with some sidewalk chalk in lieu of much of the Nike Sparq equipment you see pictured. Consider substituting picnic tables for the plyo boxes. Be safe but improvise as needed.
